Requirement:
1. A computer that is
connected to internet.
2. Web browser (Recommended Internet Explorer 6 or 7).
3. Adobe Acrobat Reader or Internet Explorer 7. If you do
not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it
here (22MB) or you can use IE 7 to open the PDF file.
4. A Bubble Jet or Laser Printer. (Only Black ink is needed)
5. You need to prepare your own commercial invoice.
