Q1 What are the advantages of using your shipping service?
A1 First of all, you don't have to be a registered business to open an account with us. Further more, you will be able to enjoy competitive shipping rate and use the shipping tools developed by us for your online business.
   
Q2 How competitive is your shipping rate?
A2 Each member will have different tier of shipping rate depend on the total shipments they had shipped with us. However, in general, all member still enjoy at lease more than 35% mark down rate.
   
Q3 How to register for your service?
A3 You just need to click on the register button on the bottom of this webpage and you will be link to our registration page. Fill up the details and wait for the activation.
   
Q4 Why do I need to wait before my account being activated?
A4 To prevent misuse of our service, we will review all the member's profile before activate it. By reviewing your account detail will also help us to better understand your business requirement.
   
Q5 What are the criteria to use your service?
A5 You must be an online seller with product published online. Ship from Peninsular Malaysia and not an existing DHL customer.
   
Q6 How do I get the free DHL packaging (Boxes)?
A6 You are not allowed to use any DHL Boxes (except flyer) when shipping with us. This is due to certain DHL packaging such as Jumbo box, Jumbo junior box or pallet may have different pricing. To avoid any confusion, we do not allow member to ship using DHL boxes. You are encourage to use your own box. You can get DHL Flyer from the courier when he come to pickup your first shipment.
   
Q7 I'm not an online seller, can I still use your service?
A7 Our service is designed for online seller. You can call us for enquiry.
   
Q8 What are the service is available with web2ship?
A8 We have Express service for sending your shipment to overseas, We have Express import service to help you to bring in your shipment (available upon enquiry) and Global Mail for slow mail and registered parcel (coming soon). All service is provided by DHL Express Malaysia.
   
Q9 I'm selling small and low value item on eBay. What are the cheapest shipping method available for me?
A9 If your shipment is low value, small and non-urgent, you can use Global Mail service (available soon). For item value more than RM50, you are recommended to use our Express service.
   
Q10 Do you ship within Malaysia (Domestic)?
A10 Domestic shipment is not available.
   
Q11 Can I ship to PO Box / APO / FPO address?
A11 No. You cannot ship to PO Box address using Express service. However, you can still ship to PO Box / APO / FPO address using unregistered Global Mail.
   
Q12 What is the cut off time for the pickup?
A12 DHL courier pickup the shipment with their normal routine. Therefore, we required that all shipment that you wish to ship on that day to be log in our website by latest 3pm. If your shipment login after 3pm, it will be schedule for pickup by the next working day.
   
Q13 When will the DHL courier come to pickup my shipment?
A13 DHL courier will come to your registered address to pickup your shipment between 2pm to 5pm on the same day you log your shipment. If you log your shipment after 3pm, it will be schedule for pickup on the next working day.
   
Q14 What is your working hour?
A14 Our office hour is from 9am to 5pm on five working days (except public holiday). 
   
Q15 What is the maximum size of parcel I can send?
A15 For purely operational reasons (the size of the door openings on DHL vans and planes), we ask that a shipment not exceed 120 cm in any one dimension. However, we will be pleased to advise you and arrange carriage of larger items. Additionally, for the safety of our couriers, we require notification of shipments over 50kg in weight.
   
Q16 How to calculate the weight of the shipment?
A16 Weight of the shipment will be depend on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
   
Q17 What is the volumetric weight?
A17 Volumetric weight is a measurement for size of the shipment. Due to express shipment is normally transfer through aircraft and the space available on aircraft is valuable, so the shipment will be charge base on either the Actual Weight OR the Volumetric Weight of the shipment, whichever is higher. The volumetric weight formula as below:

 L (cm) x H (cm) x W (cm) / 6000 = kg

   
Q18 How do I track my shipment?
A18 You can track your shipment by key in your Air WayBill (AWB) number in DHL website or web2ship.com.
   
Q19 What is AWB?
A19 AWB stand for Air WayBill which is a consignment note for delivery. You need to affix 3 copies of AWB to your document shipment and 3 copies AWB plus 2 copies of commercial invoice to your parcel shipment.
   
Q20 What is commercial invoice?
A20 Commercial Invoice is your invoice for the buyer as the goods sold. You can get a copy of sample commercial invoice from our website or use your eBay / Paypal to generate your commercial invoice.
   
Q21 What if my shipment is lost / damage?
A21 Your shipment will be insured up to your declared value or Max USD100. We will compensate you if the shipment is confirmed lost or damage during transit.
   
Q22 Who is responsible for the duties and taxes?
A22 Consignee / recipient is responsible to pay for duty tax if any. But in the event that your consignee failure to pay, the duty and tax will be charge to you with an extra administration fee of RM60. So please state this terms clearly on your eBay listing or sales page.
   
Q23 What payment method you accept?
A23 Currently we only accept 2 type of payment method:

1. Online via our website (Ipay88) Subject to 4% Processing Fee:
- Credit Card (Visa / Master)
- Online Bank Transfer
- FPX, Pos Pay and Mobile Wallet.

2. Offline Method:
- Maybank2u
- Bank in Cash @ Maybank Branch.

Other method like cheques, IBG transfer is not supported. If you make payment by cheque or IBG transfer, you need to wait until the payment is cleared into our account. Proof of bank in, transfer and receipt will not be accepted.
   
Q24 How do I get insurance for shipment value more than USD100?
A24 For shipment value more than USD100, you can get premium insurance when you submit your shipment.

Insurance fee as below:
for insurance up to RM1900, it is RM38 flat rate.
for insurance more than RM1900, it is 2% of the insured value.
   
Q25 What is Remote Area?
A25 Remote area is a rural area that is too far away from the major cities / civilization in the world. These areas are not directly service by DHL. Therefore, if you ship to remote area there will be additional RM60 Remote Area Surcharge. You can determine the remote area using our shipping calculator's link.
   
Q26 How do I know that my shipment will be taxed or not?
A26 Unfortunately you cannot know that weather your shipment will be taxed or not. This is due to duty tax is random. However, you can always inform your buyer to check with their custom.
