• 1. Pickup Arrangement for eParcel
    1. Kindly use a clean and brand new packaging flyer/box. Insert items/goods and the shipment invoice into the packaging flyer/box. Every shipment has an invoice in our system, please print and insert the invoice together into the flyer/box.
    2. Seal the parcel, please print Singpost shipping label (AWB) and CN22. Please ensure both label and CN22 are securely taped and visible on the parcel.
    3. As shown, the shipping label (AWB) and CN22 are securely taped on the parcel. Do not fold or secure both documents separately in any form of bags. The parcel can only reflect Singpost shipping label barcode.
    4. Should you have more than one parcel, secure all parcels with the labels accordingly. Highly advisable to have all parcels packed into one bag and sealed accordingly.
    5. The bag should not have any other shipping label or barcode.
    6. Please print the consignment note for pick up arrival.
      1. TNT pickup: Consignment note will be uploaded daily onto your pickup id before 11am. There will be 3 pages of the consignment note, kindly print all 3 pages. One of the consignment note must be signed by the pickup personnel and hand back to you as a proof of goods received.
      2. Quantium Solutions (QS) pick up: There is no consignment note provided. Kindly print a copy of the shipment invoice and must be signed by the pickup personnel and hand back to you as a proof of goods received.
      3. Zyllem: Our system will auto generate a consignment note for Zyllem service. Kindly print the consignment note and have the Zyllem pickup personnel to sign and hand back to you as a proof of good received.
      4. Eparcel pickup: Please be reminded for same day pickup, all request must be made before 9:15am. You will only be able to choose the next working day as pickup date after 9:15am in our system.
      5. Should you have any enquiries regarding pickup services, kindly leave a message in your shipment and we will revert back to you.
