• 1. What is Web2ship.com?
    Web2ship.com is an ecommerce oriented, online community-based ad-hoc, on-demand shipping solutions that provide mail, parcel and courier service with integrated ecommerce solutions. You can compare shipping rates, create shipments, import your order from online marketplaces, print shipping labels and schedule the pickup within our website. 
  • 2. Do I need to pay when I Sign Up?
    • Registration is completely FREE. We only charge you when you "top up" your account. 
  • 3. What are the user's requirement?
    In order to use our service, you will need access to internet via PCs or mobile that connect to a printer for printing shipping labels and documents. A laser printer is recommended (Only black toner is needed). We also recommend the user to weight the parcel using the electronic scale for accurate shipping weight. 
  • 4. What information is needed?
    First you need to register as an unverified user by verify your email address. Once you registered as unverified user, you can login to our website to check for shipping rates, but however you cant send out any shipment yet. If you need to send out any shipment, you will need to upgrade your account to Personal Account by add in at lease ONE Address and verified ONE mobile phone number. For high volume user or seller, you can upgrade your account to Business Account by Linking your ebay / amazon / wish/ sitegiant account or verify your own domain name. Business Account user will received higher discount and access to more services. 
  • 5. Where is your service available?
    Currently our service is available for shipment origin from Malaysia, Thailand and China only. User dont have to be base in Malaysia, Thailand or China but the pickup of the shipment must be origin from the countries above. 
  • 6. I cant find any contact number on your website.
    You can always contact us by email form (in Contact Us Page), Click on the Live support button in the header or even better, call us using the skype button above. For shipment related correspondent, you can always reply in our shipment helpdesk so that you will get notification when any of our customer service on duty update you. If you need us to guide you through the phone, you can always setup a conference call appointment with us by drop us an email. Our representative will call you back. 
  • 7. What is your working hours?
    We work from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday except Public Holiday. 
  • 8. Can you send me your shipping rate card?
    No. Due to we are providing customized, exclusive and highly discounted shipping rates to varies web2ship users, we do not allow shipping rate to be distribute freely. The only way to check the shipping rate is via the shipping calculator in web2ship or API integration with your website (You need to hire your own programmer).
